As the son of Evangelical missionaries, he was immersed in diverse cultures and spiritual teachings while growing up in various areas, including Mexico City, San Diego, Redlands, Madrid, and Chicago. This unique upbringing shaped his worldview, giving him a deep understanding and appreciation of different cultures and beliefs. Aligning with his spiritual background, he pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree at Colgate University, specializing in Political Science and Religion. This choice underscored his commitment to understanding complex social and religious dynamics. His academic journey did not end there; he furthered his education by obtaining a Master of Divinity from Yale University and a Doctor of Ministry in Transformational Leadership from Boston University. These academic achievements reflect his relentless drive for knowledge and a deep commitment to personal and professional growth. Post-graduation, he dedicated himself to serving as a Pastor for several Hispanic non-denominational congregations in Massachusetts, New York, and South Carolina. Significant contributions to community building and spiritual guidance marked his pastoral tenure. Driven by a belief in the transformative power of education, he also took up the role of Adjunct Instructor at Tri-County Technical College. Here, he focused on educational upliftment, particularly for people in under-resourced communities, showcasing his commitment to empowering marginalized groups. Specific areas of expertise distinguished his career. He was passionate about empowering individuals through education and uplifting marginalized communities. His focus also included student development, first-century Judaism, and the Sociology of Religion. His 11-year tenure as a parish pastor allowed him to deeply engage in these areas, establishing him as a significant transformative figure in academic and pastoral circles.
